Jasmijn Boeken is a PhD candidate at Leiden University and The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Her PhD research is on Cyber Security and Private Governance. She holds a MSc in political Theory from Radboud University. Her work at ISGA focuses on the private governance aspect of Project C-SIDE, led by Dr. Els de Busser.
